The Royal Society of Biology is looking for volunteers to support the competitions. The UK Biology Competitions Committee members are all volunteers and include school teachers, retired school teachers, university lecturers, undergraduates and postgraduates.
The Committee is supported by other volunteers who help write questions for the competitions and help train the students who represent the UK at the International Biology Olympiad. The amount of time committed by these volunteers varies and people are encouraged to do as much as they are able. If you would like more information or would like to discuss the work of the volunteers, please contact the Chair, Matthew Johnston.
